A new act of barbarianism carried out by the State of Israel shocked the world. The Zionist army opened fire against a demonstration with thousands of Palestinians on last Friday, killing 17 young and injuring another 1400.

The outrage increases together with the number of videos of this horrifying massacre, like the one showing the moment when Abdelfatá Abd al-Nabi, an 18-year-old running in the opposite direction of the border fence, is hit on the back by an Israeli sniper.
This is Israel. A racist, genocide state. A military imperialist enclave in the middle of a region that it aims to continue pillaging.
We condemn this terrible massacre. We are on the side of Palestinians in their fight against the Zionist invader. Their fight is our fight.
The Palestinian people, mainly in the Gaza Strip, went onto the streets to claim the right of return of the millions of refugees that bloody occupation of their territory by Israel left.
Thousands got close to the border and were received with Zionist bullets. The “March of Return” was also the beginning of a process of struggle that will last, at least, until the day of the Nakba [catastrophe,] on May 14. In 2018, it will be 70 years since the usurpation [of the Palestinian land] by the State of Israel.
The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, responded to the criticism of the world by defending his army’s action in Gaza: “Israel acts vigorously and with determination to protect its sovereignty and the security of its citizens”. [https://www.timesofisrael.com]. It is the classic response of this butcher. Israel had no civilian downs, even less, children or teenagers. There were “terrorists between 18 and 30 y-o.”
Despite their protocol “humanitarian” cries, the UN, as always serving imperialism and its Zionist enclave, washed its hands. Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General, asked both sides to “restrain,” in addition to “avoiding measures that can put civilians in danger.” Even with images that show that only the Palestinian side had civilians and that they were massacred by a professional army, with snipers, artillery, drones, gases, etc… the UN request “both sides” to restrain! Imperialist hypocrisy has no limits.
But the outrage grows. In Palestinian cities of the West Bank, like Ramallah, Bethlehem, Hebron, Nablus and Jericho, there are demonstrations and protests. What happens until the Nakba is unpredictable, but it is certain that the dynamic of the demonstration is alive. There is a new Palestinian vanguard, determined, brave, with nothing to lose. A poor youth that already proved to be willing to continue the struggle against the Zionist usurpation.
From the IWL-FI, we support unconditionally the historical struggle of the Palestinian people. We will revenge these new martyrs. It urges to organize demonstrations against the new massacre, expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people in all countries.
We defend the destruction of the Zionist State of Israel, and we fight for a unified, secular, democratic, non-racist Palestine in its entire historical territory. This cause must be embraced by the working class and peoples globally. Each Palestinian victory is a victory for the exploited and oppressed all over the world. Particularly, this is the cause of the Middle East peoples, which must outstrip their leadership and raise against Israel, a fortress of imperialism serving the counter-revolution and the pillaging of resources. There is no solution in the region unless Israel is defeated. The historical struggle of the Palestinian people shows the way!
