Brazilian President Sides With Zionism Against The Palestinians

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro arrived in Occupied Palestine on March 31, 2019 for a 4-day visit.

Bolsonaro pledged to relocate Brazilian embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalém during the electoral campaign last year. However, under pressure by Brazilian agribusiness, Bolsonaro did not address the embassy issue. Instead he announced a trade mission office in Jerusalem.

The decision unpleased both sides. Zionist leaders were unease and Brazilian Christian fundamentalists publicly criticized Bolsonaro.

On the other side Palestinian Authority called its ambassador back as a diplomatic sign and Hamas asked leaders of Arab and Muslim countries to take action.
Brazilian meat exporters are afraid of any Arab retaliation. Brazil is the largest exporter of halal meat to Middle East totaling US$ 13,5 billion. The exports to the Zionist State are merely US$ 0,3 billion. On January 22, 2019 Saudi Arabia suspended the exporting rights of 5 out of 30 Brazilian meat processing plants.

Now the Arab League and Iran, the main importers of Brazilian meat, have the upper hand to put pressure on far-right Brazilian administration to cancel that decision.

Netaniahu Supporter

The timing of the visit to Occupied Palestine was fit to help Zionist Prime-Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to win April 9 elections.

Netanyahu wants to show the Zionist constituencies that his administration managed to bring America, India and Brazil closer to Israel, breaking the downward support the Zionist State has internationally.

Netanyahu wants to conceal his many indictments on corruption charges ranging from millionaire submarine affair to buying a positive coverage from media giant Yediot Ahronoth.

If today, Netanyahu-led Likud would make 28 chairs against 32 for his main Zionist opponent general Benny Gantz according to recent opinion pools.
It is not necessary to say that both candidates are Zionists and supporters of Israeli Apartheid.

More Controversies

Bolsonaro’s schedule was very problematic.

In spite of the fact Bolsonaro is connected to mafia organizations in Rio de Janeiro called militias, one of the six bilateral agreements addressed cooperation to fight organized crime, making it void of meaning.

Furthermore, Bolsonaro paid homage to Zionist military whose help to find victims of Brumadinho dam collapse last January was a total failure.

A shameful meeting with Zionist counter-intelligence representatives exposed Bolsonaro’s willingness to be connected to torture-oriented death squads.

In Jerusalem Old City, Bolsonaro’s Islamophobia prevented him from visiting the splendid Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.

He also rejected any meeting with Palestinian representatives, both political and religious.
At last one might wonder why Yad Vashem authorities accepted the visit of the far-right Brazilian President whose agenda is closer to the Nazis than to Holocaust victims.

Brazilians Side With The Palestinians

In Sao Paulo, Brazilians held a beautiful Land’s Day demonstration in solidarity to the Palestinians. The rally was held in Paulista Avenue, the most important one in the capital.
Demonstrators’ battle-cry was ‘No to Bolsonaro, No to Israel, From the river to the sea Palestine shall be free”. After the rally, the demonstrators marched to Al Janiah pub for a Palestinian cultural event.
