The decision is a response to the proposal by Zionist State Supreme Court to transfer to somewhere in the Jordan Valley all Palestinians who agree to be displaced peacefully.

The Supreme Court addressed the appeal against displacement and home demolition issued last week by a Palestinian lawyer representing Khan Al-Ahmar inhabitants.

The village is under threat by Occupation forces and protests are viciously repressed.
Thirty-five families would be affected by evacuation and home demolition as part of an Israeli expansion plan to give more room to an illegal settlement called  Kfar Adumin.
The Palestinians resist!
