On top of Sao Paulo, demonstrations were held in 126 cities in 25 states and Brasilia, the capital of the country.
These strong demonstrations have the solidarity from the majority of the Brazilian people.
Brazilian working people do not want budget cuts and austerity policies.
They want jobs, better wages, public education and healthcare.
The next national action will be the general strike against the social security reform on June 14 called by all labor federations.
CSP-Conlutas supports the struggle for public Education and calls the general strike as a strong means to stop president Bolsonaro plans to take away the workers right for a fair pension system.
