Teachers and Healthcare workers have been fighting back the privatization of Public Services since May.
Truck drivers decided to join teachers and healthcare workers and went on strike on June 17, 2019.
Police special division called TIGERS decided to hold a “fallen rifles” strike on June 19, 2019.
Major protests were held that day across the country.
Activists blocked main streets and roads.
Supermarkets were stolen by needy people in search of water and basic supplies.
Strong repression killed 2 activists and hurt another 20.
CSP-Conlutas stands in solidarity with the workers’ strikes and people’s protests.
