The Comrades of the International Workers’ League – Fourth International – who publish the Presse Internationale, decided to constitute as Ligue Communiste des Travailleurs /Communistesche Werkersbond (Workers’ Communist League) as a first step towards becoming a section of the IWL-FI (of which only the International Executive Committee is statutorily entitled to admit new national sections).
We still obviously aim at the same target announced in every issue of the Presse Internationale: “to build a revolutionary party in our class following the pattern set by Lenin, taking the only realist alternative to capitalist exploitation and misery generated by imperialism as our programme: to put an end to the bourgeois domination by means of the seizure of power by the workers”.
