The international campaign to set political prisoner Daniel Ruiz free continues.
Actions were taken in more than ten countries by labor and democratic organizations.

On September 28, 2018 Paulo Barela, a member of CSP-Conlutas leadership, visited Daniel Ruiz in jail. Despite of the arbitrariness of his detention, he keeps his fighting spirit high and he wrote a message to CSP-Conlutas and Brazilian activists thanking them for their support.
Since September 12, 2018 he is kept in Penal de Marcos Paz, a high-security prison together with convicted prisoner despite of the fact his detention is provisional.
On October 2, 2018, Daniel Ruiz publicized a manifesto to the Argentinian working class denouncing the persecution the Argentinian State carries out against many activists like Jones Huala and Milagro Sala detention, Arakaki, Ponce and Juan Grabois judicial inquiries, the national hunt for Sebastian Romero and even Santiago Maldonado and Rafael Nahuel executions. He also expressed his conviction about a different future with a workers’ and people’s power and international socialism.
CSP-Conlutas stands in solidarity with Daniel Ruiz and all Argentinian political prisoners.
