Pour la chute d\u2019Al Bashir et de son r\u00e9gime!\u201d<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Nous reproduisons ci-dessous une d\u00e9claration de l\u2019<\/em><em>Association de la Communaut\u00e9 Soudanaise du Merseyside, Royaume Unis, janvier 2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime se maintient depuis 30 ans, ils ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un coup d\u2019\u00c9tat et ont tromp\u00e9 la population au sujet du syst\u00e8me islamique. Il y a 21 ans, ils ont tu\u00e9 des gens au Soudan du Sud et ils ont divis\u00e9 le pays. Ils ont tu\u00e9 300\u00a0000 personnes au Darfour, au nom de l&rsquo;islamisation. \u00a0Il y a aujourd&rsquo;hui 2,5\u00a0millions de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s d\u00e9plac\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du Darfour. Beaucoup d&rsquo;autres ont fui le pays. Le gouvernement a poursuivi son g\u00e9nocide dans les montagnes de Nouba, le Nil Bleu et Kardafan.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9gime est profond\u00e9ment impliqu\u00e9 dans la corruption et le pays a \u00e9chou\u00e9 dans tous les domaines de la vie, y compris dans les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de sant\u00e9. Si on ne fait pas partie du groupe dirigeant, on ne peut pas obtenir un emploi ni soins de sant\u00e9 ni \u00e9ducation sans le payer. Le syst\u00e8me bancaire s&rsquo;est effondr\u00e9 et les gens ne peuvent pas obtenir du pain ni du carburant. Le pays a \u00e9chou\u00e9 et les gens sont descendus dans la rue en signe de protestation parce que leurs conditions de vie sont en danger et qu&rsquo;ils ne peuvent plus continuer comme \u00e7a. Le gouvernement a r\u00e9prim\u00e9 les manifestations avec des balles r\u00e9elles depuis le 19 d\u00e9cembre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour. Des tireurs embusqu\u00e9s ont abattu 45 personnes, et 800 bless\u00e9s par balle sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n<p>Le peuple soudanais n&rsquo;abandonnera pas\u00a0; pour le moment, les gens manifestent de mani\u00e8re pacifique et demandent l&rsquo;aide internationale. \u00c0 moins que le gouvernement ne s&rsquo;en aille, ce sera la catastrophe et la famine au Soudan. Ce gouvernement est la cause de la crise des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Pour r\u00e9soudre cette crise, le gouvernement doit partir. Nous disons donc au gouvernement britannique qu&rsquo;il doit cesser toute relation avec Omar Al Bashir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stop aux ventes d\u2019armes, au commerce et \u00e0 l\u2019aide \u00e0 Bashir\u00a0! Omar Al Bashir doit partir\u00a0! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Stop au g\u00e9nocide\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Cette motion a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue au Royaume-Uni par UCU Liverpool, NEU Stockport et Liverpool TUC, Old Swan Against the Cuts, International Socialist League. Nous proposons qu\u2019en Belgique, les syndicats et toutes les organisations progressistes adoptent une motion comme celle-ci:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nous condamnons les attaques violentes et l&rsquo;assassinat de manifestants soudanais \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale par l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e et les miliciens du gouvernement d&rsquo;Omar Al Bashir.<\/li>\n<li>Nous soutenons les manifestants, qui demandent du pain et du carburant et veulent en finir avec Al-Bashir et le r\u00e9gime.<\/li>\n<li>Nous demandons la lib\u00e9ration des quelque 2\u00a0000 manifestants et dirigeants emprisonn\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Le r\u00e9gime d\u2019Al-Bashir a ferm\u00e9 des \u00e9coles, des lyc\u00e9es et des universit\u00e9s pour tenter d\u2019arr\u00eater le soul\u00e8vement. Il a arr\u00eat\u00e9 de nombreux \u00e9coliers, enseignants et \u00e9tudiants universitaires, et il en a tortur\u00e9 et tu\u00e9. Il a \u00e9galement arr\u00eat\u00e9 de nombreux m\u00e9decins.<\/li>\n<li>Il y a eu des manifestations de masse \u00e0 travers le monde, aux Etats-Unis, en Europe et en Australie.<\/li>\n<li>Tous les Soudanais, y compris les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignants et les m\u00e9decins, ont le droit de manifester et de s&rsquo;opposer \u00e0 la dictature sans crainte de r\u00e9pression.<\/li>\n<li>Le gouvernement britannique doit cesser tout commerce et toute collaboration avec le Soudan, qui ne sont utilis\u00e9s que pour acheter des armes. 66\u00a0% de tous les revenus du gouvernement vont \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;armes \u00e0 l&rsquo;Arabie saoudite et \u00e0 la Chine, tandis que le Soudan envoie des troupes pour soutenir le g\u00e9nocide au Y\u00e9men.<\/li>\n<li>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre les campagnes soudanaises sur cette question, telles que <em>Justice pour le Soudan<\/em>, et nous demandons instamment \u00e0 assister \u00e0 des manifestations organis\u00e9es par la communaut\u00e9 soudanaise.<\/li>\n<li>Nous appelons toutes les organisations du Labour et du mouvement syndical \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 divulguer notre motion, surtout en exigeant qu&rsquo;Al-Bashir s&rsquo;en aille, en condamnant l&rsquo;assassinat d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants et de manifestants, et en demandant au gouvernement de rompre toute relation avec le gouvernement soudanais.<\/li>\n<li>En outre, nous disons que les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sont les bienvenus ici.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>****<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u201cSupport our struggle in Sudan and our demonstrations here ! Down with Al-Bashir and his regime\u201d<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>We reproduce here a statement of the Merseyside Sudanese Community Association, in United Kindom, January 2019:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This regime has lasted for 30 years, they made a coup d\u2019\u00e9tat and deceived the people about the Islamic system. 21 years ago, they killed people in South Sudan and the country separated. In the name of islamisation they killed 300,000 people in Darfur. Today there are 2.5 million refugees internally displaced people inside Darfur. Many others fled the country.<\/p>\n<p>The government continued its genocide in Nuba mountains, Blue Nile, and Kardafan. This regime is deeply involved in corruption and the country has failed in all aspects of life, including education and health systems. If you are not part of the ruling group you cannot get a job, or health or education unless you pay for it.<\/p>\n<p>The bank system has collapsed, and people cannot get bread or fuel. The country failed and people took to the streets in protest because their livelihood is in danger and they cannot continue any more like this.<\/p>\n<p>The government responded to the demonstrations using live ammunition from 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of December until today. 45 people have been shot by snipers shooting the demonstrators, about 800 are in hospital from gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n<p>The Sudanese people will not give up now people are demonstrating peacefully, and they want international help. Unless the government goes there will be disaster and famine in Sudan.<\/p>\n<p>This government is the cause of the refugee crisis. To solve that crisis the government has to go.<\/p>\n<p>We therefore say to the British government stop all relations with Omar Al Bashir<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>End all weapons sales, trade and aid to Bashir<\/strong><strong>!\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Omar Al Bashir must go<\/strong><strong>! <\/strong><strong>End the genocide!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>This motion bellow was supported in United Kindom by UCU Liverpool, NEU Stockport and Liverpool TUC, Old Swan Against the Cuts, International Socialist League. We propose that in Belgium trade union and all progresist organisations \u00a0pass a motion like this: <\/u><\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n1.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0We condemn the violent attacks and nationwide killing of Sudanese demonstrators by the army and militia thugs of the Omar Al Bashir government.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0We support the demonstrators\u2019 demands for bread and fuel and to bring down Bashir and the regimen.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0We demand the release of the estimated 2000 demonstrators and organisers who have been imprisoned.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Al Bashir, to try to stop the uprising, has closed schools, colleges and universities, has arrested many students, teachers and academics, has tortured and killed some.
