Another case of police brutality against Black Youth in Sao Paulo, Brazil happened on November 30.

The Military Police attacked the 5,000-strong DZ7 Funk Party in Paraisopolis shantytown with batons, tear-gas bombs and rubber-bullets.
The police blocked the two exits forcing the people to run against each other.
Nine people ageing 14-23 years-old died.
Last Saturday, December 14, CSP-Conlutas and its affiliated movements “Luta Popular” and “Quilombo Urbano” joined a demonstration in Paraisopolis together with Black organizations, cultural caucuses and left-wing parties to demand an end to police brutality.
The Palestinian-Brazilian journalist Soraya Misleh addressed the crowd denouncing the import of Israeli weapons by Brazilian police forces, reminding that these weapons used against the Black people in the poor Brazilian neighborhoods are the same ones used against the Palestinian people across occupied Palestine.
